Release note to version 1.2.1 (from 1.2.0)
- Use newer version of kubectl (1.15.0).
- Add kubectl-uaa script to utils.
- Fix inconsistency in cloud config on all providers.
- Fix missing proxy setup during OpenDistro installation.
- Fix proxy settings in ControlPlane deployment.
- Fix failing Velero installation.
- Fix missing parameter in S3 storage utils scripts.
